Weekend Update

I can’t complain anymore,

It’s not like I have nothing to complain about, but really I guess complaining gets me nowhere,

Works, has been fine. Got my bonus but not as much as I’d expected. The bosses made the decisions to give equal amount to everybody due to the financial strain this year. But there’s promises that we will get our deserved amount by end of the year! Yay! And the increment is GOOD..even thought I’ve only been here for a year. Alhamdulillah…

All the hard works pays off….eventually.

Life is great, am really loving living with Ofey. We have a cat now. His name is Puss.

That feline definitely brighten up even the dullest day. My routine has definitely changed.

Came back from work and cook for everybody, yes that is what we do now.

More home cooked food. The BF loves it!

Weekends are filled with hanging out at our favorite mamak’s. Watching EPL on Astro at home., playing PS2 among ourselves and basically just hanging out at home. Sometimes we all ( the four of us which consist of moi, The BF, Ofey and Kojack) WENT FOR DVD’s hunting and watch it together at home. It’s the simpler things in life that’s making it more pleasurable. Isn’t it?

As for The Plan, it’s basically moving forward as expected. Thanks goodness Mom is such a hands-on when it comes to all this. She has helped me a lot in terms of everything. I did my part as well, went and scour few vendors on my own with the help of The BF. Like yesterday both of us went to Kajang to see few vendors for his side receptions. And we planned to do so this weekend as well. God help us!

Hello 2010

Omg!!! It's already 2010....
Sorry for not updating. Have been pretty busy with work and what not.
Life is great, lovelife is even better,
I'm glad i'm with the most understanding person ..Ever!
I'll be updating the blog soon...but it'll be more on the 'preparations' journey
Hope it'll turn out well,
It'll be a simple one,
As simple as it can be, no lavish favours, over the top arrangements,
I will not turn myself into a bridezilla..
I got more important stuff to fret about,
Like getting myself my first Hermes Kelly Bag...
The waiting list is 3 yrs...

Clarise Wedding Dinner

Our dear Clarise finally had her reception dinner last week. Got the invitation the month before, i promptly jotted it down my organizers, as i can't afford to forget this event ( plus she will kill me if i did).
The pre-cocktail party started off at 6.30 pm, me and The BF arrived just in time to grab a few drinks before being ushered into the banquet hall.

( Yes we're wearing matching outfits again.. got problem with that?)

The place was done up pretty nice, ( what do you expect, she's an interior designer...duh..). Beside being a traditional Chinese wedding, Clarise managed to include contemporary touches on some aspect of the hall interiors.
The dinner was served at 8pm followed by the Yam Seng session led by Father of The Bride ( p/s dinner was really good, the steamed patin is to die for...* drool*). Can't managed to take a lot of pictures as am too busy cathching up with old friends and pigging out.
A lovely wedding is it , indeed.

Questioning Self

>Huh….what a day,… can’t help but wonder if I’m making the right decision by sticking with all these nonsense…

I’ve never doubted any of my decision beforehand, but arriving at this stage, I’ve come to a point where I’ve started to question everything…

There’s always the one sole inquisition that up till now, I did not have an answer to,

‘ Is it all , worth it?’

Sad, but somehow you can’t help but feel that way.

Makeover!!!

Yeah last Sunday i had a free makeover by Hida from Petite Touch!

What a small world indeed! She's my junior from Shah Alam!!!

Her daughter is simply adorable..with make-up smears and all....

So here goes.....

I've chosen the engagement theme, and it turned out fabulously well!

The base is not as heavy as i expected yet provide me with maximum coverage,

and the eye make-up made my peepers look bigger than they actually are...( plus with the help of the falsies..heheeheheh)

Hari Ini..

Hari ni otak rasa macam sudah mahu pecah..........( i know i complained about this every now and then)
Sangat mengantuk..even though i think i slept quite early last night,
The plumber came and got the bathroom fixed...( yay sinki saya sudah ada air!)
I'm seriously annoyed with someone who i know did a bloody BIG mess on my drawing yet buat pura-pura macam xde apa yang jadi je...
Sungguh saya rasa nak sepak dia...(walaupun my mum cakap x baik sepak orang, kamu tu dah besar panjang)
Huh...hari yang membosankan....
What's next i wonder.......

Until yesterday,
When Mom dragged me all over town to scour for my wedding preps stuff...
We looked at bunga pahar,
We looked at the main table favours,
We looked at the door gift.....
She even mentioned that we need to go to Nilai 3 to get some item at bargain price.....

Is this really HAPPENING?
